1. Haftungsausschluss & Zweck der App

• Die App wird "wie besehen" bereitgestellt.
• Der Entwickler übernimmt keine Gewähr für eine jederzeitige Verfügbarkeit, Fehlerfreiheit oder bestimmte Funktionalität der App.

Die App stellt keine Finanz-, Anlage- oder Steuerberatung dar. Alle Berechnungen und Auswertungen dienen ausschließlich Informationszwecken. Eine Haftung für wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen auf Grundlage der App ist ausgeschlossen.

2. In-App-Käufe & Abonnements

Unlimited / Dauerhafter Zugriff:

Ein einmaliger In-App-Kauf gewährt dauerhaften Zugriff auf die freigeschalteten Pro-Funktionen, solange die App aktiv entwickelt, gepflegt und im Apple App Store angeboten wird (Produktlebenszyklus der App) sowie vorbehaltlich einer ordnungsgemäßen Bestätigung des Kaufs über die von Apple bereitgestellten Systeme.

Abonnements (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions):

• Abonnement-Dauer: Die App bietet Abonnements mit einer Laufzeit von einem Monat oder einem Jahr an.
• Zahlung & Verlängerung: Die Zahlung wird bei Bestätigung des Kaufs von Ihrem Apple-ID-Konto abgebucht. Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, es sei denn, die automatische Verlängerung wird mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums deaktiviert.
• Verwaltung: Sie können Ihr Abonnement nach dem Kauf in Ihren App Store-Kontoeinstellungen verwalten oder die automatische Verlängerung deaktivieren.
• Kündigung: Eine Kündigung des laufenden Abonnements ist während der aktiven Laufzeit nicht möglich. Durch die Kündigung der automatischen Verlängerung behalten Sie jedoch bis zum Ende der aktuellen Laufzeit Zugriff auf die Pro-Funktionen.

Einstellung der App:

• Der Entwickler behält sich vor, die App ganz oder teilweise einzustellen, insbesondere bei technischer Unmöglichkeit oder wirtschaftlicher Unzumutbarkeit.
• Nach Einstellung der App besteht kein Anspruch auf Fortführung, Weiterentwicklung oder erneute Bereitstellung der Funktionen.

Dies gilt vorbehaltlich zwingender gesetzlicher Verbraucherrechte.

3. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts, soweit dem keine zwingenden Verbraucherschutzvorschriften entgegenstehen.

1. Disclaimer & Purpose of the App

• The app is provided "as is".
• The developer makes no warranty for continuous availability, error-free operation, or specific functionality of the app.

The app does not constitute financial, investment, or tax advice. All calculations and evaluations are for informational purposes only. Liability for economic decisions based on the app is excluded.

2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Unlimited / Permanent Access:

A one-time in-app purchase grants permanent access to the unlocked Pro features, as long as the app is actively developed, maintained, and offered in the Apple App Store (product lifecycle of the app) and subject to proper purchase confirmation through Apple's provided systems.

Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable Subscriptions):

• Subscription Duration: The app offers subscriptions with a term of one month or one year.
• Payment & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage your subscription after purchase in your App Store account settings or turn off auto-renewal.
• Cancellation: Cancellation of the current subscription is not possible during the active term. However, by canceling auto-renewal, you retain access to Pro features until the end of the current term.

Discontinuation of the App:

• The developer reserves the right to discontinue the app in whole or in part, especially in case of technical impossibility or economic unreasonableness.
• After discontinuation of the app, there is no claim to continuation, further development, or renewed provision of the features.

This is subject to mandatory statutory consumer rights.

3. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as this does not conflict with mandatory consumer protection regulations.
